Is there a deposit?
We collect a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your rental to hold your date. If not paid in full the remaining balance is due within 72 hours prior to the scheduled setup time or subject to cancellation.

Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery within Kitsap County, Belfair and Gig Harbor. If your event is located outside of the Kitsap County and our normal service area, we will contact you upon booking with the additional delivery fee information.

Are there any discounts?
Police, Fire + Active-duty Military members will receive 10% off there booking with proof a valid ID upon booking

Are there any setup requirements?
Our bounce houses can only be setup on flat surface with enough space that nothing will be touching the house. Also, we will need access to an electrical outlet within 50 feet of house setup
Q:
What are the bounce house rules?
Please, no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can damage the vinyl.

- Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace our equipment

- We do not offer rentals to events where guests are using face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer, the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.

Adult supervision is always required.

What is included in my rental?

Q:
What is your bad weather policy?
Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph or serious injury and damage could occur.
If there is heavy rain (0.15") the day of your event and your event is outdoors, the deposit will be held, and you will be able to reschedule for any future date within 12 months

What if I need to cancel?
We understand, plans can change! If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your $50 non-refundable deposit and you can reschedule for any future date (subject to availability) within 12 months unless you cancel with less than 72 hours notice.
When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date.
